No-Code Development Agency

A No-Code Development Agency That Builds Past The Year-Two Ceiling

As a no-code development agency, we sell the decision, not the tool. No-code answers a narrow question well and a wide one expensively; the hard part is knowing which you have before you commit. Our low-code development services add real code where a platform stops.

What No-Code And Low-Code Development Means

No-code means assembling a working product from configured components instead of written source. Low-code means the same thing with a door left open for real code where configuration runs out. Both trade some control for a lot of speed, and the trade is a good one right up to the point where your requirement stops resembling what the platform was designed to do. Nobody tells you where that point is, so we map it before you build.

Stallyons is registered in Delaware as a US company, and our senior engineers work inside a time-zone window you set, with four-plus hours of daily overlap. You sign a US contract, run diligence on a US entity and pay one US invoice. As a no code low code development company we build across seven platforms, and we also write conventional software, so nobody here has to pretend your problem happens to suit the one tool we know. Twelve-plus years of delivery across six continents, for founders, marketing leaders and operators in every major market.

What A No-Code Build Covers

Platform selection with the reasoning attached: a written comparison of the two or three options that realistically fit your data, your integrations and your team, rather than a recommendation that matches our last project.

The ceiling mapped before the build: the specific requirements that a chosen platform cannot serve, named up front, along with what it would take to serve them later and roughly when you would hit that.

Data modelled properly first: your records, fields and relationships drawn out rather than accumulated one screen at a time, because that model is what decides how far the build can be pushed.

The escape hatch built in from day one: an API layer, exportable data and, where it earns its place, real code sitting behind the configured front end rather than instead of it.

Automation and integrations wired to the systems you already run, so the new build feeds your CRM, your billing and your reporting instead of becoming a fourth place to look.

Ownership after launch: accounts in your own name, a documented data export, and a handover written well enough that your own team or another agency could pick it up unaided.

What To Check Before You Commit To Any No-Code Platform

How To Start A No-Code Project Well

Every engagement starts with a free 45-minute technical session. No slide deck, no sales script. You bring the requirements and the constraints; you leave with a platform recommendation, a scope and a timeline.

We are selective about new engagements and cap how many we run at once, because the thinking is the product. If your requirement needs conventional software, we will say so and show the reasoning.

The Platforms We Build On

Seven Platforms For No-Code Development

Each platform below has its own page, answering the questions buyers actually ask about it. They are not interchangeable, and picking between them is most of the value in this whole exercise. The last three rows are cross-platform work.

Common Challenges

Why Do No-Code Builds Go Wrong?

Six patterns behind almost every no-code project that became expensive to change. None are about the platform itself.

Tool Picked First

01

The platform was chosen in the first week because somebody in the room had used it before. Every requirement after that gets bent until it fits, and the bending is the part you end up paying for.

Ceiling Found Late

02

The one requirement the platform cannot serve turns up in month five, when the build is nearly done and the only options left are all expensive ones.

Data Grown By Screen

03

Nobody modelled the data, so fields were added a screen at a time. It works until you need a report that crosses two of them, and then it does not.

Pricing Surprise

04

Per-record and per-seat pricing look harmless at launch volumes. Success is what makes them expensive, which is a strange thing to be punished for and easy to forecast in advance.

No Way To Get Data Out

05

The export turns out to be a spreadsheet of one table with the relationships missing. Changing platform stops being a decision and becomes a rebuild that nobody has budget for.

Nobody Owns It After

06

The builder left, the handover was a call, and the workspace now drifts until a platform change breaks something badly enough to fund a new project.

Any of this feel familiar? Let's fix the cause.

What We Actually Do

6 No-Code Development Services We Run

Six practices under one contract. Run a single build, or run a build and an automation programme alongside each other with one team.

Platform Selection Reviews

01

A written comparison of the platforms that realistically fit, scored against your data, your integrations and the people who will run it once we have gone. Often it is the whole engagement.

Website Builds & CMS

02

Marketing sites and content estates built so your own team can run them daily without raising a ticket, on Webflow, Wix, Squarespace or Framer, whichever the comparison picked.

Internal Tools And Apps

03

Working applications with real logic, roles and records behind them, built on Bubble when a spreadsheet has stopped coping.

Automation And Workflows

04

Records moving between the systems you already run, on schedules and triggers, including GoHighLevel pipelines and sequences.

CRM-Backed Website Builds

05

Sites where the page and the customer record are the same object rather than two exports somebody reconciles by hand, built on HubSpot CMS against your live pipeline.

Custom Code And Migration

06

When configuration runs out we write the module, and when the platform runs out we move you to conventional software with the data mapped and redirects planned.

Not sure which of the six you need? Let's scope it together.

Why Choose Us

What Makes Our No-Code Development Approach Different

The details that decide whether a no-code build is still cheap to change in its third year.

A US Legal Entity

01

Stallyons is registered in Delaware. Your contract, your invoice and your legal recourse sit with a US company, not an unknown one.

Seven Platforms Live

02

We ship on seven platforms, so the recommendation is a comparison rather than the one tool we happen to have people sitting on.

Overlap You Set

03

You choose the hours we share with your working day, and stand-ups, reviews and escalations all happen inside that window.

We Name The Ceiling

04

Before you commit we write down what the platform cannot do, what it would cost to serve later, and roughly when your usage would reach it.

Reviewed Code

05

Every merge is reviewed against an agreed definition of done, on your board, where you can read it yourself.

We Write Code

06

A conventional software team sits behind the no-code one, so advice to stop configuring and start writing costs us nothing.

"Stallyons took our Figma design and built it into a live web application, a cognitive game with level-based match play, messaging, a tutorial, and a directory that ranks users nationally. What impressed me most was their grasp of the code behind that logic, and the quality of the experience. Delivered on time with steady updates."

"We brought Stallyons in to absorb an overflow of work, and they delivered ten iOS and Android apps, from reporting to geo-location for logistics, plus several backend systems, owning design, development, and app-store submission. Everything stood out: code quality, speed, and reliability. Perfect code, on time, adopted company-wide."

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About No-Code Builds

No code development is building working software by configuring components in a visual tool instead of writing source. You still design the data, the logic and the interface, so the skill has not gone anywhere, only the typing. The trade is speed for control: you ship in weeks rather than months and you accept that some things the platform did not anticipate will be awkward or impossible later.
No code expects nobody on the project to write source, so everything has to be reachable through the interface. Low code assumes somebody will, and leaves a door open: custom functions, injected scripts, an API layer, a real database behind the visual front end. In practice the distinction matters most at the edges of a build, where a low-code platform lets one developer solve in an afternoon what would otherwise end the project. Most serious builds want that door.
Cost follows the data model, the number of integrations and how much behaviour has to be written rather than configured. A marketing site is a different exercise from an internal application with roles and approvals. Platform subscriptions are a separate running cost that scales with usage, which is why we forecast it. We price after scoping and itemize it.
Ask how many platforms they build on. A firm with one answer will always find that your project suits it. Ask them to describe where that platform stops, in a sentence, and ask what your structured data export looks like. Then check whose accounts the workspace, domain and gateway sit in, because that decides how easily you could leave.
Whichever survives the comparison, which we write down rather than assert. Discovery covers your records, your integrations, who edits what and the rules you work under, and the recommendation names the two or three options that realistically fit and says plainly why one of them wins.
Yes, and it is most of what this practice does. Clients come to us as a no code app development agency for internal tools, and as a build partner for marketing estates. You keep the product decisions and we run it: platform choice, data model, configuration, the custom modules where configuration stops, and the automation between systems.
We plan for it rather than pretend it will not happen. Most builds outgrow one part rather than all of it, so the usual answer is to move that piece behind an API and leave the rest alone. When the whole thing needs to move, the data model we drew at the start is what makes the migration a project instead of a rewrite.
Yes, on a standing cadence rather than when something breaks. Platforms ship changes on their own schedule and deprecate components without asking, so somebody has to watch for it. We monitor the integrations, keep the automation running, make the changes your team asks for, and keep the data export tested rather than assumed.
